Your Journey at a Glance
Phase 2: Neurobiology of Calm
-
Starting where you are, I will teach you to engage the struggles of your life through neuroscience. We will develop sustainable strategies you can implement in your life.
-
Core Reason: You can’t think, parent, or partner well when your nervous system is trapped in survival mode. Before we engage anything on the outside, we tune your internal system so you can respond to life's chaos from a place of grounded biology instead of sheer willpower.
Phase 3: The Connected Caregiver
-
Progress and acceptance flow through you as the caregiver, we have to fill your cup so that you can be fully present to your family. I will teach you the skills to co-regulate with your child and live a more abundant life.
-
Core Reason: You can’t pour from an empty cup, and you can’t help a dysregulated child if you’re running on fumes yourself. Once your own tank is full, we bring these tools home to rebuild your family dynamic, calm your child’s nervous system through yours, and make daily life feel lighter.

"Working with Mary has been such a gift. Her help came to me at a time in my life when I was overwhelmed. Mary has given me so many tools to overcome the overwhelm and tackle things in my life that I have wanted to work on for years. I felt like Mary really saw who I was, met me where I was at, and has continued to build me up through the process. I'm still working on growth in many areas, but I am really proud of the progress that I have made, and Mary was a big part of that!"

“I’m not alone on the road with Mary as a coach. I learned to see that neurodivergent diagnosis isn't the end of the road, it's a first step.”
